Terms of Service (public offer)

1. Terms

• Service — the Lom Ai software and hardware complex, available on the website https://lom-ai.ru and in the Telegram bot, providing tools based on artificial intelligence technologies for study tasks.
• Administration — the party that organizes the operation of the Service and provides the services (details are given in the «Details» section).
• User — a legally capable individual using the Service.
• Content — request texts, files and other materials submitted by the User to the Service, as well as the results of their processing.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Administration provides the User with access to the Service's features (text generation and processing, solving study problems, preparing materials and other tools) on the terms of the chosen plan. The service takes the form of providing access to software functionality over the Internet.

3. Registration and account

• Using most features requires registering an account. Access to the Service on the website and in the Telegram bot is provided through a single account.
• The User undertakes to provide accurate information and is solely responsible for keeping their password secure and for all actions taken under their account.
• Minors use the Service with the consent and under the supervision of their legal representatives, within the limits permitted by law.

4. Terms of use

The User undertakes not to use the Service to:

• violate the laws of the Russian Federation and the rights of third parties;
• create, distribute or obtain unlawful, harmful or misleading materials;
• automatically collect data, attempt to disrupt the Service, circumvent limits and protection systems;
• transfer access to the account to third parties for a fee.

Results generated using artificial intelligence are for reference and support purposes, may contain inaccuracies and are subject to independent verification by the User. The User is responsible for how they use the results obtained, including with respect to the rules of academic integrity of their educational institution.

5. Plans and payment

Access is provided on the terms of the following plans:

• Free — 0 ₽ (basic access with daily limits).
• Basic — 399 ₽ / month (extended limits).
• Premium — 690 ₽ / month (all tools without limits).
• Session — 490 ₽ / week («Premium»-level access for 7 days).

The current plans and the contents of each plan are listed on the «Pricing» page. Payment is made by bank card through a secure payment service; cards of the «Mir», Visa and Mastercard payment systems are accepted. Paid access is granted for the paid period (a month or a week depending on the plan); once the paid period ends, access to the paid features stops. The Administration does not receive or store full bank card data — it is processed by the payment service.

6. Refunds

The procedure and conditions for refunds are set out in the Refund Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its source code, design, trademarks and other elements belong to the Administration or are used on a lawful basis. The User is not granted any rights to these objects, except the right to use the Service for its intended purpose under these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

• The Service is provided «as is». The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation and may carry out maintenance work.
• The Service is not intended for making medical, legal, financial or other decisions requiring professional qualifications. The Administration is not liable for the consequences of using results generated by artificial intelligence.

9. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By accepting the offer, the User confirms their consent to the terms of personal data processing.

10. Changes to the terms

The Administration may amend these Terms. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the website, unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Service means agreement to the changes.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

The relationship between the parties is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; if agreement is not reached — in the manner established by law. A pre-claim procedure is provided for complaints: a complaint is sent to support by e-mail support@lom-ai.ru or on Telegram @lom_sup.
