1. What data is processed

1.1. Data provided by the User

• email address and password (the password is stored as an irreversible hash);
• name or display name — if provided by the User;
• Telegram identifier — upon voluntary linking of the account to the Telegram bot;
• the content of requests to the Service and uploaded files (texts, images, documents) needed to provide the service.

1.2. Payment data

Payments are processed by a secure payment service. Full bank card data is entered on the payment service's secure page, is not transferred to the Administration and is not stored by it. The Administration receives information about the fact, amount and status of the payment.

1.3. Data collected automatically

• IP address, device and browser data, cookies and session identifiers;
• usage statistics via the «Yandex.Metrica» web analytics service.

2. Purposes of processing

• registration, authentication and providing access to the Service;
• providing the services and processing the User's requests;
• handling payments, arranging subscriptions and refunds;
• technical support and communication with the User;
• ensuring security, preventing abuse and analyzing the Service's operation;
• complying with the requirements of the law.

3. Legal grounds

Processing is carried out on the basis of the User's consent, for the purpose of performing the contract (offer) to which the User is a party, as well as on the basis of the Administration's legitimate interests and the requirements of the law.

4. Transfer to third parties

The Administration does not sell personal data. Data may be transferred to the following categories of parties solely to the extent necessary to provide the service:

• the payment service — to process payments;
• providers of artificial intelligence technologies — to process the content of the User's requests and generate responses;
• the hosting provider and the web analytics service;
• authorized government bodies — in the cases provided for by law.

Processing of request content by providers of artificial intelligence technologies may take place, among other things, on servers located outside the Russian Federation (cross-border transfer). We recommend not including excessive personal and confidential data in requests.

5. Retention periods

Personal data is stored for the duration of use of the Service and the period needed to achieve the purposes of processing and comply with the requirements of the law, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Request history is stored no longer than necessary to provide the service.

6. The User's rights

The User has the right to:

• obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
• request the correction, blocking or deletion of data;
• withdraw consent to processing;
• delete the account via the Service interface or by contacting support.

Withdrawing consent or deleting data needed to provide the service may make further use of the Service impossible.

7. Cookies

The Service uses cookies for authentication, keeping the session and analytics. The User can restrict the use of cookies in their browser settings, which may affect the availability of certain features.

8. Data protection

The Administration takes legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including encryption of data transmission and storage of passwords as hashes.

9. Changes to the Policy

The Policy may be changed. The current version is published on the website; the date of the version is given at the beginning of the document.
