Refund Policy

This Policy sets out the procedure for refunds for paid access to the Lom Ai service and is an integral part of the Terms of Service.
1. Nature of the service
The Service provides access to digital functionality over the Internet. Access to a paid plan is activated immediately upon receipt of payment, and the service is deemed to be provided throughout the entire paid period (the subscription). A subscription is purchased for a specific period (a week or a month depending on the plan).
2. General rule
Paid access is non-refundable, except in the cases expressly set out in Section 3 of this Policy and the cases provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation. By purchasing a subscription, the User confirms that they have read this condition.
3. When a refund is made
Funds are refunded in the following cases:
- A technical problem on our side. Access to the paid plan was not provided or was substantially unavailable for a reason attributable to the Service, and the problem was not resolved within a reasonable time.
- A payment error. A repeat (double) payment for the same access, an erroneous or unauthorized charge.
- Legal requirements. Other cases expressly provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation. In particular, under Article 32 of the RF Law «On the Protection of Consumer Rights», if the User cancels the service, the cost of the unused (unexpired) part of the paid period is refunded, less the actual expenses incurred by the Administration, including the payment system's commission.
4. When a refund is not made
- the cost of the actually used (expired) part of the subscription period;
- cancellation of a subscription for reasons unrelated to the quality or availability of the Service (for example, «changed my mind», «didn't suit me», «forgot to cancel»), — for the used period;
- payment for one-time services and operations that were provided in full;
- cases where the User breached the Terms of Service, resulting in a block on access.
5. Deadline and procedure for submitting a request
To request a refund, the User sends a message to support indicating the email address of the account, the date and amount of the payment and the grounds for the refund.
Deadline for submitting a request:
- on the grounds in Section 3 (a technical problem on our side, a payment error) — within 14 calendar days of the payment date or the moment the grounds arise;
- for a refund of the cost of the unused part of the paid period (Article 32 of the RF Law «On the Protection of Consumer Rights») — during the subscription's validity period.
A submitted request is reviewed within up to 10 business days.
6. Timeframe and method of refund
Refunds are made using the same method and to the same details (the bank card or account) from which the payment was made, through the payment service. The funds are transferred within 10 business days of the request being approved. The time it takes to be credited to the User's account depends on the issuing bank and is not up to the Administration.
